On October 1, 2026, Khang Viet Production & Trading Joint Stock Company organized its periodic health checkups and occupational disease examination program for employees. The program was carried out under the company’s health care and occupational safety plan, in partnership with Quoc Anh General Hospital and Ho Chi Minh City Transport Hospital.

Periodic Health Checkups for Employees
Khang Viet maintains periodic health checkups to monitor employee health and to meet workplace health care requirements.

In line with Circular No. 32/2023/TT-BYT, the program was held on-site at the company, allowing employees to participate conveniently during working hours. Under the plan, employees underwent general and specialist examinations, laboratory tests, and diagnostic imaging according to the program’s examination checklist.
Quoc Anh General Hospital was responsible for the periodic health checkups. In addition to reviewing health indicators, doctors provided consultations and answered employees’ questions once results were issued.

Occupational Disease Examinations for Employees Subject to Monitoring
Alongside the periodic health checkups, Khang Viet conducted occupational disease examinations for 47 workers who are required to be examined under the company’s list.

Ho Chi Minh City Transport Hospital carried out this component, which covered initial occupational disease examination, examinations and record-keeping in accordance with Circular No. 56/2025/TT-BYT, preliminary audiometry, pulmonary function testing, and occupational toluene testing.
Conducting these examinations enables the company to proactively monitor the health of employees working in positions with relevant occupational risk factors, and provides a stronger basis for caring for and managing employee health.

Planned Scheduling to Maintain Production Continuity
The program ran in parallel with regular production and daily operations. The Human Resources & Administration Department coordinated with the examining hospitals to schedule employees in groups, prioritizing drivers, delivery and loading staff, production workers, and warehouse teams, followed by office staff.
This approach allowed employees to complete all required examinations as planned while keeping production and departmental operations running without disruption.
Sustaining a Safe Workplace and Caring for Employee Health
For a manufacturing company, employee health is integral to a safe workplace and stable operations. Khang Viet therefore continues to hold periodic health checkups and occupational disease examinations as part of its commitment to employee care and occupational health and safety.
Through the 2026 program, employees were given the opportunity to monitor their health proactively, speak directly with medical professionals, and receive advice suited to their individual health status.
We sincerely thanks the medical teams of Quoc Anh General Hospital and Ho Chi Minh City Transport Hospital for their cooperation and support.
Going forward, Khang Viet will continue to implement initiatives in occupational safety, health care, and employee welfare, working toward a stable and sustainable working environment.
