2. Ink type:
– Solvent-based gravure printing ink, composite ink.
– Side printing on the inside of PET film with corona treatment (≥ 42 dyne/cm) and PA (Nylon) with corona treatment (≥ 50 dyne/cm)
3. Technical characteristics:
– Applications for extrusion and dry splicing.- Q – Chromax PET is applied to one-component and two-component systems (using additional curing agents) for special purposes such as freezing, boiling, etc. – Low amount of solvent remaining in dry ink film.- Excellent ink transfer, high coating properties and color stability, especially for low viscosity and high printing speed.- Good electrostatic resistance.- Good chemical resistance.- Free of toxic chemicals, heavy metals according to ASTM F963-96a 4.3.5 & 8.3 and EN 71-3:1994

7. Instructions for use:
– Stir thoroughly before use- The fineness of old ink should be checked before use as long-term storage can cause ink agglomerate. Only use 10-30% of used ink and must be carefully sifted with a 100μm filter or a 120 mesh metal sieve- Using an ink supply system with a filter sieve system, circulating pump can prevent the ink from filming, impurities and stabilize the color tone- For print samples with a small print station area, Low ink consumption, moisture easily enters the ink due to prolonged exposure to air, resulting in thickening and suspension of ink. To avoid this situation, it is recommended to use a solvent that slows down evaporation and control the ambient humidity at 55 ÷ 65%
– Using Medium:
When printing, medium ink is often added to reduce the color force depending on the depth of the print shaft. Usually Medium is added about 10-15% of raw squid. In the case of printing special colors, the medium content used at a higher rate we recommend you as follows:
- The amount of Medium mixed ≤ 10 -15%: use Medium without additives.
- The amount of Medium > 15%: use Medium with additive phase.
To ensure good adhesion resistance, it is necessary to control the evaporation rate well with a suitable diluted solvent formula, the medium ratio used in the printing ink is at a certain limit.
– Instructions for using curing agent:
Curing agents are used to print PET and PA films for special purposes such as: freezing, boiling, extrusion structures, heavy-duty packaging. For PA film printing, it is recommended to use a curing agent in all cases The content of the curing agent used depends on the printing environment conditions:

Note:
- The maximum use time of curing ink is 8 hours after mixing. It is recommended to store the two-component ink film for at least 24 hours before performing the next steps (coating, lamination,…). However, if the printed film is stored under the condition of accelerated curing time, it can be spliced after 12 hours, and it is recommended to carefully check the binding properties before mass production.
- The humidity of the printing environment can affect the print adhesion and printing properties of two-component inks. Usually the humidity is controlled at around 55-65 %. An increase or decrease in humidity in the environment can also cause static electricity, fog.
8. Safety and Storage Information:
– The ink contains flammable liquids. Therefore, it is necessary to keep the printing area always ventilated or install an exhaust exhaust system to ensure safety. Especially avoid contact with fire sources or spark sources.- Store and use the product at 15-25°C.- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.- Shelf life: 06 months from the date of manufacture
